Do I need my own MC/DOT authority?+
Yes — we dispatch for carriers running under their own authority with active insurance. If your authority is brand new, no problem: we work with new and experienced carriers alike.
Is there forced dispatch?+
Never. Every load and every rate gets your approval before we book it. You stay in control of your truck — we just keep it loaded.
What trucks do you dispatch?+
Car haulers from 1 to 9 units — open or enclosed, single car to multi-car. If it rolls on a car hauler, we can dispatch it.
What documents do I need to get started?+
MC & DOT numbers, certificate of insurance, W-9, and your truck & trailer details (capacity, open or enclosed). Send those over and we'll build your carrier profile the same day we have everything.
What does dispatching cost?+
8% of the gross on every load we book — that's the whole fee. No setup fee, no admin fee, and no contract: we run month to month and you can stop any time. The going rate for car hauler dispatching is 10%, so at 8% you keep more of every load. Running three trucks or more? Ask us about fleet pricing.
When do I pay, and what if I don't run any loads?+
You're billed once a week, on delivered loads only. No loads delivered means no fee — there is no monthly retainer and no minimum. We don't get paid until you do, which is exactly the incentive you want your dispatcher to have.
Who talks to the brokers?+
We do. Rate negotiation, setup packets, rate confirmations, updates — your dispatcher handles the calls and the paperwork so you can stay behind the wheel.
Do you speak Spanish?+
Sí — full service in English and Español, whichever you're more comfortable with.
When can I reach my dispatcher?+
24/7 — day, night, weekends. Breakdowns and schedule changes don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
